WHO WE ARE
BACKGROUND
The program was developed as an implementation strategy of a pro-poor housing model developed through a doctoral study conducted at Leeds Beckett University, UK by Dr. Paschal Onyemaechi. The model which is promoted by the Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities is designed to enhance access to decent and low-cost housing for the bottom 40 percent of Nigeria population and provide affordable hostel accommodation for student at public tertiary institution in Nigeria.
OUR VISION
To assist millions of low-income people in Nigeria own quality homes without having millions in their pocket.
OUR MISSION
To create Social Equity Fund for implementation of pro-poor housing programs in Nigeria for the low-income, the urban poor and provide affordable hostel for students at public tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
Our Objective
The leading objective of the program is to enhance access to affordable housing for the bottom 40% of Nigerian Population and provide decent and affordable hostels for students at Nigerian public tertiary institutions
