Our model employed the concept of equity capitalism and created social equity fund for direct intervention in the informal housing market using the instrument of home Microfinance and cooperatives to implement a pro-poor housing program
The leading objective of the program is to enhance access to affordable housing for the bottom 40% of Nigerian Population and provide decent and affordable hostels for students at Nigerian public tertiary institutions.
